Group Registration Policy
Group Registration grants 10% off each registration in groups of three or more individuals from the same organization attending the full conference in person. To qualify for the group rate, a primary registrant must register themselves and the entire group (minimum of 3 individuals) from their organization/institution together on the same registration, attend in person, and pay for the entire group on a single invoice with a single payment. NAMSS will not retroactively grant group discounts to individuals who register themselves and then later form a group. NAMSS will not provide group discount codes to individuals in a group who need to pay separately - all group registrations must be paid with a single payment by a single payor. No exceptions will be made.
