Virtual Attendee How to Guide

Thank you for registering as a virtual attendee for #NAMSS23! We look forward to spending the week with you. Below you will find tips, tricks, and logistical information to help you navigate the virtual event. If you have any questions about the virtual conference or are having technical difficulties, please contact us at education@namss.org.

At the start of each conference day, NAMSS will send a daily message with the day’s virtual schedule and links to access the live stream session. We recommend you log into the website prior to your first session.

Please note, some facilities have strict firewall blockers, therefore we recommend you use a nonwork device to access the virtual conference.

How to Access Sessions

You can live stream sessions through the NAMSS conference website. You most be logged into the website to access sessions. Your login information was sent out earlier this week, but if you are having trouble finding it, use your registration email address and select “forgot access key” to reset your password.

When you visit the website, “Login” is located in the top right corner. Once logged in, when you click on a session, you will see a button that says “Live Stream”. This is currently locked on all sessions but will become available the day of each session.
